So today I went carp fishing at the lake near my castle. After 2 hours of no bites and no more sweet corn I was about to call it quits... but then it came to me! I knelled down and scooped up some fresh goose poop that was laying on the ground and mushed it into a ball and attached it to my hair rig. 3 minutes go by and something slams my pole. After duking it out for 30 minutes I reeled in my first flathead (sucker weighed 24 lbs)! Don't doubt poop as bait, I'll be trying it out again tonight.
