I was nervous he was not going to be prepared for the below freezing conditions at night, but he bought all the gear he needed, and ended up being a great adventure buddy.
We spent a few hours a day separate to explore and be in awe on our own, and the rest was gathering wood/water together, taking a hit, or drinking absurd amounts of tea.
I brought my solar charger and Bluetooth speaker. Downloaded 4 hours of singer songwriter songs from the 70s, and 9 hours of Celtic music. Was definitely enhancing meals, and busy times. The radio was off most of the time, though.
