The best method, by a mile, is to find fallen trees, with either not so large trunks, or not so tiny branches. Kind of like this on on the photo. Literally sit on that and push your ass out enough, so your butthole is shining brightly onto the unsuspecting leaves underneath.
Some trees sometimes even fell in two and end up parallel to each other but one above the other, so you have something nice to lean forward on to. If you people only knew how many times my mighty gluteus has brushed fallen tree bark.
