>>1146107I'm an expert on spotting every plant in my area now. Literally an, "expert". Stinging nettle isn't all that bad really. It only hurts for a short while. The worst one that I very luckily never encountered as a idiot child is Giant Hogweed (Heracleum mantegazzianum). It looks like the largest Queen Anne's lace plant you've ever seen, but it is the worst plant in North America to come in contact with. Google search, "Giant Hogweed blister" to see why. This shit lasts for fucking YEARS after you've touched it; months if you are lucky. The basic flow chart is, "touch it, get juices on you, juices absorb into skin, light strikes skin, photoreactive compound turns your skin to massive child-scaring blisters for the next few months/years." If you ever ever ever come in contact with it, you must wash it off and literally hide in the pure dark for up to TWO WEEKS. Like ZERO light.
Shits fucked up.
