maybe go with some friends, even if they dont want to sleep in the woods they can still help you relax and then, when they go home you feel more secure or something?
i dont know exactly what you are asking here OP?, but if you mean in terms of hiking, going solo is basically hardmode: Cant share gear, cant send someone to the town to buy supplies, etc, so extra planning is involved
