If you wanna really get crazy they sell syringes on a pole that are intended to be loaded with acetone. My understanding is they are used primarily on skunks to prevent spraying, but I dont see why it wouldnt work on a raccoon. Not sure if its suppose to be intramuscular or subcutaneous. No idea of how long it takes or the effects of it either.
Theres also good old fashioned blunt force trauma to the head.
