>>509007Why? Just google it. The problem, even in the 1980s isn't how much power you can create. It is using it properly and storing it properly. Right now, we have tech that uses very little power compared to 20 yeas ago. Everything from fridges to ACs to PCs are using less and less with each generation.
Unfortunately, as of 2013 in the USA, homes on average still used 909 kWh per month. Which fucking boggles my mind.
The cost isn't the solar panels, it is the batteries.
