https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTZ2-o5kmKEI normally use this to do trips to races so I rarely stay anywhere more than one night, and not only does it save the the tent setup, all the boxes of gear, the heater/propane, etc. is always ready to go, it just makes life a lot easier. Lastly, a tent of this size and a normal camper shell wouldn't be that much cheaper, and I would have less room with that setup.
