>>783506>have designated areas along back roads in the desert to target shoot>literally less than ten of these informal "ranges" in any given vicinity>shooting litter stays in these areas, doesn't blow away or pollute the Earth with toxic chemicals, just stays where it's droppedI see nothing wrong with this. Is it just me? As long as the garbage is staying in designated areas, and it's shooting garbage, and the people using the area are target shooters, then who is it hurting?? If you object to these...let's call them "shell middens," but you don't object to landfills, then you are a hypocrite and probably an idiot too. All that's going to happen when shooters clean these areas up is that people are going to dump it into another big pile of trash elsewhere. What's the difference?
Guilt-tripping gun owners for leaving "trigger trash" in remote and designated, high-use by shooters, sections of the desert serves one and only one function: to leverage the government and brainwash the public to close that public land to shooting for the purpose of expanding suburbia into these sections of desert. It's not a good thing, folks. And by repeating this propaganda without understanding the ultimate purpose, you are, what Stalin referred to as, useful idiots.
