>>2250349I don't know about that situation exactly, but I've been using the MSR Elixir. It's tough, easy to setup, and comes with fitted groundsheet.
If you spend a lot of time in the tent you will still get condensation, below the tent against your floor too. Make sure to keep and eye on water.
I think a better investment would be some wool blanket, foam or blankets for the windows, and some nice wool clothing, like long johns and stuff.

Also you can get sil-poly seam-sealed tarp for $25 at Canadian Tire. Might be a good upgrade over poly.
