I'm thinking of getting a hangboard cause I lose my grip in like 10 minutes and it's really hard after. The gym sensei said hangboard holds in different ways doing negatives (like how pullup negatives are done) and daily squeezing of a tennis ball will help. He also said it would take a long time to build cause it's mostly tendon growth.
Does anyone have any other suggestions or maybe a routine for increasing grip strength/stamina, and/or warm up for it? Please let me know.
