>>395287i agree with what you say, but in medieval times ALL animals apart from deer and boar could be hunted on anyone's land apart from a king's hunting forest. so you could hunt on 70% of the land basically. hunting was legal on ones land in the 18th century. most people in ww2 hunted for rabbits and animals on their own land. what you say is true, but hunting has always been allowed in the UK for most animals.
