I messed up real good today. Didn't get a solid hook set the first time. The bass turned around smacked it again, and I fumbled again. It was also one of those days you just can't figure out what they want. I can typically count on bluegill but they weren't hitting either. I didn't get skunked at least.
On a side note. I'm trying to fish worms and stick baits more. For the life of me I can't get bites on a senko. Everyone acts like you cast it and a bass just appears and eats it. It's a me thing, but I get hits on finesse and curl tails.
