Another addition to my wine (soon to be) collection.
Currently in progress:
>Elderberry
Near finished, I can't recommend it for wine making, takes a lot of work and doesn't taste good.
>Bird cherry
Started just a week ago, so far tastes passable, I added too much sugar.
>White grape
Just put it there a moment ago, no yeast, no sugar and no water added, just crushed fruits, it's an experiment, I'm looking forward to seeing how it'll turn out.
I'll also do apple cider and wine from wild rose hips later this Autumn, with all this I should have enough to last to next summer.
From my previous wine I did this year, I strongly recommend white gooseberry (with a bit of currant optionally), fantastic taste, one of my best wines.
