Hello, Long time lurker and first time poster.
So I finally pushed myself to go out and buy all the materials to make myself a few of those "Global Bucket" things. They work SO much better than planting in pots or the ground. This was my first attempt at it, and I am beyond impressed. Pictured is about 2 and a half months of growth and after being harvested about 4 times.

That said, I dont know what to do with the things. They grow faster than we can eat it since I don't know any really good recipes with mustard greens. Anyone have any suggestions?
