I was debating getting a smaller bag with 2 or 3 of those medium (3600s?) in it to use for when I'm walking around lakes a lot. That way I can at least split some stuff up and don't have it so crowded. It's just a pain when I want one crank bait and it is tangled with 6 other ones.
They make those spinnerbair organizers, but there isn't really anything for crank baits like that. If I got a bunch of flat boxes with one slot for each Rapala, it would take up at least 3 or 4 boxes. Spinners would be like 5-6 boxes if I only had one in each slot.
I have 5 of those 14" x 9" boxes in my bag, plus one more with bigger terminal tackle if I do saltwater. The 5 are organized by:
