A few months ago I got some of the boys together and convinced them that the 4 of us should try fishing, very well we did. A few days later we went to a fishingstore nearby and we all bought new rods, and my buds bought bait and tackleboxes. I already had some baits and lures and boxes from earlier so I didnt have to buy one.
So we went out fishing in a nearby lake from where we live, without the permission of the landowner ofcourse, as you do here in Sweden. We had a few nice trips there until the 4th one or so, when the landowner caught us, no big deal really we just fucked off.
Found a new lake where fishing was allowed and thats where I caught my now confirmed personal best northern pike at 3,8kg. I may have caught something about this size many years ago, but I never weighed fish back then.
Glad I picked this hobby up again.
