you can easily camp in these restricted spots anon, i stealth camp often, you just cant have fires at night(depends on locale), preferably dont make fires on forest floor(i use a biolite) and only use dead wood.
rules like the ones posted are for people who dont understand or give a fuck how nature works, which is basically 99% of the populace.
