Bought a Kershaw Chill cuz on sale. It's a manual flipper but the thing is fucking unopenable. I have literal bruises on my fingertips from testing the kickflip. I sanded down the detent ball a bit, and it's like 30% better, but it takes a fuckton of force to flick open. Do I file it down more, or just pop the ball out entirely and let the liner lock keep it closed? I usually leave my knife in a bag, so I'm not worried about it coming open.
Also, I bought a blackwash Kershaw Zing that I'm considering taking the speedsafe out of. Will I just get the same problem?
