There's several methods people use for regular composting that can speed it up or slow it down. Also, there's Black Solider Fly composting which is a lot faster than worm composting. Plus, when the larva crawl out to hatch you can capture them to use for chicken feed or have them dump out where chickens can get to them. The best part is that they will come to the compost on their own and lay eggs.
