Growing up in AZ I've seen a few mountain lions out and about, once on my friends property we found some cougar kittens up in a tree and gave them some pats. Looking back it was a really stupid decision. I grew up with dogs and hamsters, so I only understand their methodology. I wouldn't have stood a chance against a mountain lion.
