>>887451That's pretty much how I would do it. Non-ethanol gasoline should last awhile, and ethanol gas with some treatment will last years. I would just fire up the generator and run it indefinitely. And besides gas stations, there are tons of places that keep large tanks of diesel and gasoline that isn't buried in the ground too.
I would def raid a few pharmacies to start out. Then one of the 3 Ferrari dealers within a 30min drive. Drive muh Ferrari around, try and figure out a way to get a few generators and freezers running, and freeze a shit ton of food. Store a bunch of flour and raw stuff somewhere it won't go bad so I could bake bread occaisionally and then live off canned food when I run out of frozen stuff. Even fucking Walmart has Mountain House. I probably would never really leave my immediate area because there is so much to scavenge that I would never run out of food or supplies as long as I'm able to protect a lot of it for a decade or two.
