>>1839388Norwegian M77 are nice, but you really gotta form them for a good fit and minimal blisters in the beginning. I agree on the thick sock concept, I remember wearing thick wool socks during the warmest summer months, you get sweaty, but it works great. I also really like the Crispi Swat Evo for a goretex option, even tho goretex runs the risk of eventually going wet and taking a much longer time to dry. Pic related are my crispi's, recently gave them a new shine, some new laces and such. I own a bunch of Salomon and Asolo boots and shoes, but I always find myself going back to the Crispi's and especially the M77.
