>>2282065Wait for the fruit to plump up. Then cut one hand off and wait for it to ripen. Eat. If its good continue process or cut off entire bunch and hag somewhere to ripen. If you go one hand at a time make sure to climb up with a ladder and check if rats or other animals are fucking with the bananas. Nothing worse than waiting all year to harvest 40lbs of bananas only to find a rat has chewed up most of the bunch.
