Before I got my boat I was so close to getting one of these, they are prop driven and can go forward and reverse unlike the hobies, but they are $2000+ for the basic model so thought it would be cheaper to get a boat instead. What I liked best about them was that the prop folded up under the yak in a little hole whenever you went over a snag, that's pretty neat.
