I used to be a fat fuck ( 90kg, 172cm), heavy smoker and lazy as shit. This was when i was 20 years old. Then I picked up running, hiking camping and climbing, stopped smoking, lost weight. I did that in 2-3 years and maintained it. Meanwhile I started dating a girl, and shit went down the drain. I started smoking again during a rough patch in the releationship. Gained weight (70kg now) and basically don`t have the will or motivation to do any sort of sport. I know I still LIKE doing it, because i occasionaly run or hike, but it`s like once a month. Also being nagged every time I hike with friends don`t help.
How the fuck do I get in that mindset again.
Also started smoking again, but weed this time.
tl;dr Lost mojo to do sports, became fat again. Advice on getting it back.
