-mix the beans, rice, and taco seasoning at home
-boil 10 to 12 ounces of water
-dump the ingredients into your water
-continue boiling for a minute
-remove from heat and toss in the cheese (it helps if you break it into chunks) while stirring
-add the taco sauce
-dump in small amounts of the Fritos as you eat it
Tips:
-once you’ve figured out the consistency that you like, use roughly 2oz less boiling water. After you’ve added the cheese and its thoroughly melted, add more water to reach your desired consistency. It will cool everything so you can eat it right away, and it won’t accidentally be too soupy or too thick.
