So i see nothing wrong with their geometry. As much as I like my scandi grinds, you don't need a scandi - they're just more convenient.
pic related is a ~3mm spine with a true zero grind (from spine to edge, with no secondary bevel).
A bit long (24cm blade), but narrow enough to be very handy, and really sharp. and points for style.
