To come back to topic, I haven't really grown any carb-heavy foods since I've adopted what is best described as a keto diet. I have never felt better. I am also in the process of converting my original plans of my future orchard to something based more around nuts, berries, and chickens instead of a "traditional" fruit-heavy plan. Health aside it is looking like it will be easier to manage too, not having to keep every tree to a harvestsble height and all.
