I have one tent that's for group camping. It's a deceptively huge 6 person tent but I don't have a picture of it. That's the tent I take when I basically drive my truck to the campsite with my friends and we set up for a couple weeks of /out/ fun. With all my gear to go with it, it's basically a little, rain proof fucking hut with heat and lighting.
This, however, is my two person (because I'm not cramming myself in to a 1 person tent) hiking tent. It's under 5 pounds and only requires a ground tarp and my two half-pound flannel sleeping bags to make it wet-weather/4 season worthy. Mind you, as low as it gets around my region is in the teens but this sucker had no problem with that.
