I agree you should be able to buy replacement blades from Spyderco at lest for their more standard current production knives, but if you commonly find your self needing to replace a blade you are doing something wrong.
I’ve been carrying knives since I was 8, and I’ve yet to completely ruin a blade. I have 50+ folding knives and only one of them I’m gonna get a new blade for, but it’s a Strider I bought from a friend knowing if had a cracked blade and they replace for free since it’s a known issue.
Just seems like a silly reason to drawl a line and not buy from a company
