Well a very big problem. One night I had to wear my bee suit because I was swarmed.
Anyways we have a creek that the previous owners had made a shitty little concrete bridge over that was producing tons of standing water about 180 feet from the house.
I just went and cracked open a channel next to it. I was trying to take out the concrete but there’s no way. 4 hits to take out a chip and without fail the chip would fly towards my face and cut it like a bullet.
I tried googling pickaxe tips and everything was about Minecraft lol.
The important thing is that I can see the scum on top of the water moving. I also cleared out some saplings and old logs. I cleared the branches off the saplings like I was going to use it for something. I might but idk what maybe a fence or could make a pretty cool raised bed? Feel like that would lose everything after a good rain.
I know this is kind of a blog but I don’t have anyone to talk to about this stuff.
