Pic related doesn't look bad. Top tube is a lil shorter and there's other geometry that people can be picky with but it won't really matter since you haven't ridden in awhile. The longer top tube would be nice tho if you aren't a manlet so you aren't hitting your knees on the stem.
Also I just noticed that they are selling a lot of the street and park bikes without brakes... you def want brakes. You can get away without em on park and street if you know whay you're doing, but even pro riders always have brakes for dirt because it's too easy to pick up speed when you're flowing a section.

Dick's and places like that will likely have garbage, but there are always a couple mom n pop bike shops that carry a decent BMX selection.
