Hello /out/smen.
You guys helped me out a TON over the growing season and now I am back for your opinion!
I have a border around the front of my house about a foot from a house to the sidewalk and a good 20-25 feet long.
Next year I'd like to make it into a really pretty seasonal flower garden instead of a hodgepodge of plants I threw in there this year.
I'd like to keep the use of marigolds and California poppies, but would like to add some variation in height, texture, color, etc.
If it's not eaten by rabbits and ground squirrels, that is a HUGE plus. I'm pulling out the society garlics next year to separate and replant as a border around my vegetable garden. So I'll have an additional 8' or so of growing space than you see in the photo. Any tips on how to arrange/what to plant? Something that keeps flowering until late summer or fall is best, and it'll have to be hardy against light, late frosts (it frosts occasionally until mother's day some years).
