The new skrama 200 from varusteleka is pretty damn nice for $70 shipped. Added a lanyard. Used it for processing full sized bamboo and branches about 2-4 inches in diameter. It may not be as good a chopper as it's bigger version but it does a good job and it will pack better. I beat the snot out of it for a whole day and it's still nearly as sharp as when I got it. 80crv2 steel so it's carbon and you have to "take care of it". Overall bretty good, like it better than my machetes. Won't fill the place of a hatchet/axe past that 4 inch diameter mark. just my.02
