About time, one of my knees feels damaged and i was in pain for the last few days. Thanks to the guys from ASS and their great product paracetamol i still could manage to walk my distances.
All the blister healed in the last week, which i expected. I had a small tendon injury 20 years back in my left foot, i can feel it throbbing again.
My back is another constant reminder that i'm past my prime, i think i need a better sleeping arrangement next time.
I'll go through my stuff in the next posts and tell you how the material did.
