Hell, reading the regs was how I found out about incinerator toilets,, which may be what I go with when I have a spare $3k sitting around. Basically they just want to be able to force you to conform so they can easily inspect it and get money through permits. I had a permissible offgrid answer for everything they threw at me. They almost seemed disappointed I wasn't going to rezone so they could up my taxes.
>>2590476Not a problem. I know the *dream* is to go off innawoods and do what you want how you want, but you have to play along with the government to keep them out of your business. I'd prefer to stay off their radar. Bad enough they were checking out my container a week after I had it dropped, even though I had a permit for it. Pic rel, plane circled my shipping container for about 15 minutes and then flew off. I can't say for sure they were checking up on me, but circling right above my container for that long is pretty sus.
