The locations marked with red are not possible to fish from.
It's quite a busy little harbor and when the ferries maneuver and leave they basically turn the whole harbor into whitewater.
They also dredged the harbor quite recently.
All I know about fishing in harbors is my grandmother telling me that eating harbor fish is gonna give me cancer lol.
I have seen one guy sitting down there fishing and drinking beer but I've never seen him catch anything.
