1. Plenty of clean, fresh water
2. Food from supplies, foraging, wild gardening, fishing, hunting, trapping
3. Warm, dry, hidden shelter, with space to live in and keep your supplies
4. Some sort of electrical hookup (or even internet). You can get cheap solar panels or thermoelectric plates these days that can charge batteries or power devices directly.
5. A water bag or bucket or something to take showers and baths in for hygeine, an electric pump can provide water pressure for this and for water purification.
So you can stay warm, dry, well fed, hydrated, clean, and safe. Would definitely have some sort of weapon, even a knife, to defend yourself and for fishing/hunting. In a pinch, you can turn a knife into a survival spear for fishing and hunting, picrel. A wood chopping hatchet or a shovel is a good weapon in a pinch as well.
Consider those kits with the folding or non-folding hatchet and shovel. An axe and shovel is enough to survive with. A weapon like bow, crossbow, pistol, rifle, knife, spear, or so on would provide self defense and a means to actively hunt.
