A lot of the flower anatomy looks correct to me- I wish this photo had a bit more focus, however in the foreground center of the flower. That plus the leaves, with their veining and shape, and the buds with the rounded features and the way that bud is opening makes me think Zinnia.
The upper leaves should taste very very faintly like cucumber or just vegetative, and if you rub the tops of the leaves up towards the stem it should be more difficult than away from the stem. Both sides of the leaves should be hairy, with the bottom side having less directionality. However, that's on my variety of zinnia
I'll quit saying it's zinnia now. It's certainly true there are a lot of look-alikes in the plant world.
