I sometimes wear my drysuit surfcasting.
The beach here I can walk out chest deep and catch snapper. Gets some funny looks, but I just wear my casual clothes underneath, fish, take it off and drive home - it’s pinnacle comfy.
This came up in a thread the other day - Level6 Emperor, on sale at the moment.
Fleece chest pockets, super burly. Just brilliant.

Nice, sounds like my kind of trip!
If you need a drysuit for the cold, Level 6 Emperor is on sale, I’m thinking about buying a 2nd for when my current one wears out.
Hands down better than anything else I've ever used.

The serpent also has a side zip, which is sweet if to need it off in a hurry (eg swimming and a branch goes up it and holds you there - has happened to me) or if you’re alone and it’s hooking up on your shoulder entry drysuit. On that note, get a Level 6 Emperor if you get one. They’re freaking sweet, and have a fleece lined kangaroo pocket you can warm your hands in while wearing PFD. Reinforced knees ass elbows and shoulders, takes the abuse better than anything.
