>>2433664It’s more work because you need to whoa break them and get them on birds which is harder to simulate than throwing a bumper or sock but if you’re in an area that’s got birds (and last year which was Hanks first season was about as bad as I’ve ever seen) it just takes practice and a good recall trained into them and they’ll pretty much do the rest. Absolute joy to watch the fuckers run though. My dogs a pleasure in the house and wheels to spare but takes a little more time than a retriever to break in. German breeds are typically smarter than shit but if you like the Munsterlander you should also look into a setter.
