Negoiu is the second tallest summit in Romania, Moldoveanu being the tallest. It's slightly more challenging, but again, you do not need to scale rock walls. Just endure the walk and the gear and food you're packing.
The true dangers of those locations are the woods and meadows a few hundred meters down from the summits. Bear and viper country, used to be wolves too but they got clapped hard by government forces. But if you're careful and know your stuff you'll be fine
