Now I'm coming up with strategies to bring back trees and bring awareness to regional issues (to me) like the loss of topsoil and ocean acidification. If you live in the PNW you should have native trees in your yard: period. It seems simple but damn just getting that through to karens that are afraid of "that tree that lives 2000 years will fall on my house!" is...difficult.
This guy is pretty great--he is woke but he tones down the woke and focuses on restoring water tables. It's a fantastic start but oh my there is so much work to do...
