Problem: She has no proper outdoors shoes (does have some fashionish boots) and I only have EXTREMELY worn out hiking boots (there are multiple large tears in the outer lining, waterproof is still intact though and I trust them.
Will it be an issue? we will be on trails, I've done 14km in completely unsuitable steel toed work boots before but not uphill so I don't really know.
If it would be a retarded idea to go up without proper boots, recommendations on cheap boots? I've just ordered new boots for myself but they won't be here until summer and obviously I need some for GF anyway.
