>>840379If you're hiking with a large group of people and you're in the lead stop and wait not only for the inevitably slow people to catch up but make sure that once they catch up they have time to rest for a bit. I know it's sorta common logic but I even can't count the amount of times I have been in hiking groups where the second the slowpoke in the back catches up the leader says "Alright we're ready to go!"
All this does is make the slowpoke slower and just slow down the group.
