Seasonal worker/permanent nomad here, I pack up and move every 4-6 months for the next job. What you need is a private mailbox, not a P.O. box. You can get one from the UPS store but IMO it's better to find an independently owned place (hint, look near marinas with live aboard slips). They'll average you about $15 USD a month and the really well run place will filter out junk mail, notify you when something important comes in and forward things when you're traveling.
I run all of my legal stuff, banking, insurance, car registration, through a private mailbox service and have never had a problem with it.
