Word of caution thoug, be carefull because the blades are thin and tend to flex if you apply too much pressure, but with care you'll not break it, I never did thanks god.
I went on vacation with my gf to an island and tough we had a big axe, I ended up chopping most of the wood with the saw, less work and way cleaner cuts. I just used the axe for splitting.
