I have the gear and licensing, as well as species in mind (flounder, black drum, spotted trout, Spanish mackerel, etc). How do I go about actually harvesting them? Do I just throw the fish in a a cooler full of ice right there after catching them? Or do I process them more before that? How do you guys do it?
