OP here. I've considered the A-frame idea that a few of you mentioned, but it seems that a shed design would work better to maximize the floor-space I can actually use to store things. I'll mainly be using this to store a still and some other equipment.
I drew a quick model in Sketchup.This is what the frame will look like. I'm going to build it in two pieces from 2''x4''x8' pressure-treated boards before assembling it innawoods and covering it with camouflage tarps. I may add a tin roof eventually if I find myself using it enough.
I'll be deploying this thing under some trees that are large enough to give me a good amount of shade in an area not far from a trail that my family uses regularly. It looks like it will be pretty well hidden, if you ask me. I'm still open to ideas about how to improve this design and hide it better, though.
